Creative Thinking

Does your team or event need an infusion of creativity?

Creative thinking is a problem-solving skill that belongs to all industries and can be taught. The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report predicts creativity, innovation and ideation will be key skills for the workforce of the future.

We can mold the topics below to create a custom training for you:

  • De-Mythifying Creativity

    • Creativity of Person: Overcoming Cognitive Biases

    • Creativity of Process: Deliberate Framework

    • Creativity of Place: Cultural & Physical Environment

  • Applied Creativity Workshop
(working team through tools against a real problem)

    • Problem Finding & Clarification

    • Solution Generation & Brainstorming

    • Solution Development

  • What Kind of Creative Thinker Are You?
    (FourSight individual & team assessment)

Meeting Design & Facilitation

Make your gatherings more engaging, productive, and memorable with a custom facilitation. Thinkerton can help you plan, design, and execute meetings that will maximize the time and, most importantly, the brains in the room.

Methodologies used include:

Visual Facilitation

Visual facilitation and graphic recording captures an in-the-moment record of an event using words, pictures, and information organization. A.k.a. — the coolest, oversized notes you’ve ever seen!

Including it in your event will increase participation, enhance group clarity, engender ownership of ideas, and provide a unique artifact. In short, it makes good engagements greater and brings a whole new meaning to “I see what you’re thinking!”
